Welcome to Saint John's Episcopal Church

Welcome to St. John’s Episcopal Church! St. John’s is a vital, growing community ministering to each other and to the world in the name of Christ Jesus. We welcome seekers from all denominations and offer a variety of programs to enrich your spiritual life.

We hope that you will join us for worship and find that our church community makes you feel at home. St. John’s offers many possibilities for worship, community service, education, fun, fellowship and spiritual growth. Our Vision: Growing a community to serve and celebrate Christ.

Our Mission:
To be a community of people who believe in Christ and act out
His acceptance of us by ministering to one another and by reaching out to others
.

St. John's Episcopal Church offers many possibilities for worship, service, education, fun, fellowship and spiritual growth. Each of us brings our own unique abilities and gifts to God's service. We hope that you will join us as we minister to each other, our community, and the world.

As a Christian community we believe that we are called to be the hands and feet of Jesus Christ in our community. We strive, with God's help, to engage in significant outreach, including addressing issues of hunger, shelter, health care and evangelism. Please call the church office at 704-366-3034 to learn more about our ministry and to get involved.

How Can I Get Involved?

St. John’s provides many opportunities to get involved. From fellowship groups to outreach ministries, there are many options for members of all ages to put their own unique skills and talents to work. Visit our Parish Life page to read more about opportunities for ministry.

Newcomer's Seminar

This class is designed to inform participants about the educational, spiritual, outreach, social and stewardship opportunities that exist at St. John’s, and to introduce participants to our clergy. We hope you will consider this class as your first step towards becoming a member of St. John's.
