2012 Annual Parish Meeting

Worship Service to be held DURING the Annual Meeting this Sunday, January 22, 9-11am in the Parish Hall.

Annual Parish Meeting

The Annual Meeting of the Parish is this Sunday and we are changing the usual format up a bit so that we may also have an opportunity to worship together. We will start at 9am in the Parish Hall and begin with a hymn and opening prayers. We will then move into the Business of the Church which will be followed by a Liturgy created for this day to include Communion. The schedule for Sunday School has been modified as well, details are below. So, the good news is that for those that usually attend one of the 8:45am services, you won’t have to miss Church because of the Annual Meeting. We look forward to seeing you on Sunday!

Sunday School and Childcare for THIS Sunday:
Childcare will take place as usual for infants, toddlers and two year olds.

3 year olds through 1st grade:
9 - 10am Chapel as usual
10 – 11am Sunday School as usual

2nd through 7th grade:
9 – 10:10am Sunday School (note the time change)
10:15am Join parents in the Parish Hall for Holy Eucharist (The teachers will bring the children to Tilson Hall
and cue them to join their parents at the end of the Offertory.)

Grades 8-12:
Please plan on attending the Annual Meeting with your parents.

Worship services will also take place at 7:30am and 11:15am in the Nave as usual.
There will be NO breakfast offered this Sunday….biscuits to go will be available from 7:30-8:45am
