| Christian Education for our children, led by Cindy Winslow, Director of Children's Ministry, is a very important part of the St. John’s community. It is strongly supported by our clergy, the Children’s Education Committee, our dedicated Sunday school teachers and many parent volunteers. We are currently using David C. Cook’s Anglican curriculum for Sunday school. It is truly a blessing to share God’s word with our children & youth!
St. John’s Sunday school program takes place from 10:05am to 11:00am each week. During that time, the children and youth (3 years old through 12th grade) are taught about God’s Word and how it can become relevant in their daily life.
We are blessed to have 34 extremely dedicated adults who have committed themselves to teach our children and youth about God’s Love for them. We are grateful to the following men and women for giving of their time, love and talents:
3 Year Olds: Corrine Ryan, Alison Walls and Gwen Sanford
4 Year Olds: Kathryn Smith, Ellen Harrell, Brian and Laura Fenn
Kindergarten: Michele Britt, Joy Litton, and Beth Rushing
